Description: Since writing in about Carrousel back in January 2004 we have become regulars (even though we live in Netanya), and each time it is as good there as the time before. The standard of food and service never drops and one can be assured of a most delightful evening on each occasion. The food is still exemplary,and always comes hot(unless it shouldn't be!!). The soups are wonderful, the main dishes both creative and exceptionally tasty, and the desserts are to die for!!! For a special meal at a very reasonable cost, book now!!!!

Description: Hi List, I ate at Carousel Restaurant here in Ra'anana this evening for the first time and wanted to report to all of you that
the food is excellent, delicious, unpretentious, beautifully prepared and
very tasty too!!! They are also child friendly and Kosher ( a wicked combination, right?) Highly, highly recommended - I'll definately go back for more.
Ruth: I want to second it - I had lunch with my friends several times and every time the food was fresh and very tasty - go and try and you'll never regret. It is on Rambam street (close to Ahuza) on the west side.

I was surprised a few days ago when I walked in Rambam street in Raanana to find a new restaurant. Surprised because it is the same as the small gourmet restaurants you see in Paris, that you find where you wouldn't expect. The restaurant is owned by a couple, Stephan and Valerie who are really nice people which add to the wonderful and warm atmosphere. Stephan is a chef and he makes amazing food and amazing dishes and the prices are reasonable. Did I use too many "amazing"s? Believe me that this is what I feel. The proof is that I've been there twice in the last days. I really really recommend it, and yes it is diary and kosher.

The food was delicious, and chef Stephan, acting as waiter as well, was so pleasant to deal with. He was patient with his explanations of the menu (and extra daily specials), and at no time were we rushed to finish our meal.

When you go there are two important things to remember:
1. Very small...make a reservation and 2. Save room for dessert.
Submitted by:Provi Date: January 26, 2007. Description: After reading the reviews on Raanana List, we decided to try this restaurant. We had a great meal - tasty, different and fun - we had the fondue. We will definately be returning there soon.
